I had hit a wall because I had been stuck in my masculine - pushing, forcing and controlling everything in my life.
I was deeply scared that if I didn't, everything in my life would fall apart.
I was depleted from giving so much at work, yet never being recognized and being called “aggressive” when I asked for what I was worth.
I was depleted from the lack of boundaries with my family and close friendships, which always felt one-sided. They took advantage of my people pleasing tendencies, thinking I would always be there. Because I was!
With men, instead of letting them lead and treat me with respect & like a queen, I was chasing, demanding, being lied to & hurt over and over again.
I was stuck in this super serious, controlling mindset, looking obsessively for THE ONE.
I was judging & criticizing myself so severely that I even had Excel sheets to analyze what I was doing wrong on dates!
My health deteriorated from all the stress, my body was aching, and I was burnt out.
I was forced to stop.
That's when I finally allowed myself to reassess and change directions, come back to MY true desires, drop the shoulds, drop the forcing.
Once I stepped into my magnetism, I attracted an amazing man who moved from the Netherlands to the US, 3 weeks after we met to be with me (Yes you heard that right!)
My healing & manifestation journey has led me to re-establish my connection with my body - my most sacred manifestation portal, discover & embark on my true purpose!

How long are the Sessions?
Usually the Live Group Sessions will be between 60-75 mins. On rare occasions, the calls could be 90 mins & you will be informed ahead of time.

The Private Human Design Reading is a 2 hour session you can schedule at your own convenience

Your privacy and confidentiality are the most important elements of our work together.
This program intends to take a deep, intimate look at your life, and we must create a safe space to discuss and explore. Our 1:1 sessions remain private between you and me.
Our group sessions will be recorded, and you have the option to participate or not. The recordings will be placed in a secure online portal with gated access for those who are unable to participate live.
As for sharing about your life, you are encouraged to share what you’re getting, and what insights are opening up. You may even want to share from another’s experience or insights and how their insights helped you. No topic will be dismissed, but we’ll leave to you what sort of identifying information you think is helpful to express your needs and desires (i.e. issues at work, details of a relationship or encounter, etc.)Before each group session, we’ll remind you not to share personal details unrelated to the topic at hand, or discuss personal information of other participants in the program.
By participating in this program, you agree to allow all information about your Sister Goddesses to remain within the program. What we share here, stays here. Instead, we’ll use our Goddess powers to help improve and heal the world around us.
I am not comfortable sharing intimate details with strangers or people I may know on these calls. Do I have to share?
We are never obliged to share anything we don’t want to or that feels wrong to us. There is no requirement for participation, other than to show up with willingness.
Over time, newcomers and old-timers will grapple with this question – is this too much information? How will others react or see me? But we learn through our time together that we can be bold, trusting and vulnerable with each other.
Commit to yourself at the beginning of each session that you will grant this loving kindness and acceptance to the other Sister Goddesses that share in meetings. Lift them up, be their cheerleader. Eventually, you’ll discover they are doing the same for you, no matter what you decide to share, or if you decide to share.
Connection with other Sister Goddesses is a cornerstone of the feminine and thus this program. You’ll see soon enough that you are loved and supported, no matter what.
What happens if I miss a session?
The Goddess commits to her word, but we all know life is imperfect and sometimes doesn’t go as intended.
- If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session, please request a change at least 24 hours in advance.
- If you miss a monthly meeting or other group meeting, we will miss you. Recordings and materials will be made available the next day. Watch the replays and participate in the same way as you would on a live call.
How much time will this take?
We spend our time obsessing, trying to solve ours and others problems, and find that maybe we just don’t have a spare few minutes on top of everything we’re doing just to survive.
We must make this time for ourselves. Maybe it’s a few hours a week, spread over a few days. The power of the community is stronger than you think and you’ll see how your life will become much more efficient as you practice the principles you learn in this program.
If the call time doesn’t work for you occasionally, you will always be welcome to participate on your own time. However, this program works when we’re ready to commit to it, and we’ll always be here for you when you’re ready in the future.
I am in a different time zone. Can we move our calls a bit earlier or later?
Our group calls are scheduled to accommodate as many people as possible, and group sessions remain anchored and committed at a single time in order for all Sister Goddesses to plan their weeks accordingly. We leave flexibility for our individual sessions.
