How it works:
In each session, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with and fully express what’s coming up for you as a mom. This may include emotions, traumas, judgements, limiting beliefs (societal, cultural, personal family history). There is no shame here—you are in a safe space to fully let it out.
I will lead an intuitive energy healing in each session to allow you to release this so you can feel lighter and more embodied to have a loving motherhood experience.
Connect with a community of other like-minded sisters who are also eager to create a new kind of experience of motherhood. Through this, you’ll feel fully supported, loved and valued during this beautiful time. Your whole being will sigh with relief!

Because as we are creating the next generation of conscious leaders (i.e our children), they will only thrive in an emotionally stable environment. Where their nervous systems can relax so they can fully embody their unique creative genius. This is all only possible building on the shoulders of the healing and consciousness of their parents. That’s why we need to get support for ourselves first, so we can pour into our kids from a conscious place.
That’s the calling of 2022 and beyond.

After Rebirth -
I have become comfortable stating what I want and listening to what does not feel right - for example my job. I was unsure about if I should stay or quit to take a different path. After this class I can confidently say my decision is to quit - and now I get to take steps towards that goal.
- I am no longer angry at my body. I actually appreciate what it does and my mindset has shifted to me taking care of my body instead of it just being perfect.
- My husband and I fight less. I am much more aware of where my emotions are coming from and I am able to articulate what is bothering me instead of just keeping it in or lashing out.
- I am less angry. and when I am angry I use the tools I was taught to get some anger out so I can approach the situation more calmly.
